Management

After studying metallurgy at the University of Stuttgart and taking his degree (Diplom) in 1995, Andreas Rennet spent four years in research and teaching at the INSTITUTE FOR METAL FORMING TECHNOLOGY. He took his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering in 1999.

On leaving university, Andreas Rennet started his professional career as the Managing Partner of a service company he co-founded that offered technology transfer between development and application as well as engineering services and process consulting. He established the company on the market and successfully applied his expertise in metal forming technology, CAD, and software technologies to design, FEM simulation, and tool and parts development, as well as to development and consulting on processes, CAD technology, product lifecycle management and software systems.

Since 2009 is Managing Director of 3C.

Having majored in production technology, Sascha Schuth holds a degree in mechanical engineering from RWTH, the Technical University of Aachen as well as a second degree in business management. He worked as an assistant professor and consultant at the LABORATORY FOR MACHINE TOOLS AND PRODUCTION STUDIES at RWTH Aachen (WZL), where he was awarded his doctorate for his thesis on global sourcing in plant engineering.

Sascha Schuth joined the MANAGEMENT ENGINEERS Group in 2000 and has since broadened his knowledge in a wide range of tasks for clients in a variety of sectors. From 2006 to 2007 he worked for the ME office in England and from 2008 to 2010 for the American ME office. In both postings, he was responsible for establishing ME in the the Manufacturing & Engineering segment.

Since 2010 is Managing Director of 3C.

Helmut Surges was appointed to Managing Director at Booz & Company in April 2013. Prior he was part of the MANAGEMENT ENGINEERS team for 15 years, where he became a Partner in 1998. Before starting his career in consulting he was able to look back on six years of practical industrial experience in plant engineering and product development in automobile manufacturing. He has been an ME Partner since 1993 and became Managing Director in 2006. He has been elected as the head of the supervisory board of 3C in 2009.

Oliver Bollmann was appointed Managing director of Booz & Company in April 2013; Prior he was part of the MANAGEMENT ENGINEERS team for 19 years, where he was appointed as a partner in 2002. He concentrates on consulting to the engineering and mainly to the automotive industry and their suppliers. He was Managing Director of 3C from 2009 to 2010 and became a member of the Supervisory Board in 2010.
